I was under the impression that all wine tasted the same. I was very shocked when i found out that wines from different countries have different flavor profiles. The scents and the mouth feel varie from grape to grape. I prefer white wines over red wines. I did’nt realize the wine pairing was so detailed and complimentary to not only the food but to the wine as well. As we’ve learned, WINE IS FOOD.
