i had been waiting to take wine a bev because i am really intrested in combining wine with food to make it better and when going into class the one thing i knew was that i only liked white wines, now it is still the same i just have a new found respect for red. riesling came to be my favorite for it being really juicy and sweet, i dont prefer the taste of tannin and high acid reds. The worst was Malbec from argentina for it is a harsh wine with real high tannin but props to any one who likes it. Being intrested in wine was one story but how you taught the class was my kind of style, your class was the shit Thanks for the experience.
