Before i had wine class i thought it was hard to read and know about wine but after taking  Michael Wilson class i now know something about wine varieties,vintage,appelations  how to make and harvest but not actually do it but knowing how. So i would say it was for the best. My favorite was 08″ Cotes-du-Rhone Rose,Paul Jaboulet  of france with its pale rose  color. My least favorite was the Nv Branchetto d’acqui, Marenco 5.5% it was too sweet and weird. After the class is over i do see myself  getting more involve in the wine industry. Thanks Chef Wilson for being a excellent , fun instructor and making  something i thought was so  hard more easy!
