Future of Food….4 Now! Evin’s

With the recession growing the future of the food industry is forced to move with it. There is and has already been lot of food trends to change due to the current recession. It is said that the the new ethnic food that will emerge during the recession is Peruvian 

 

Gastronomy and Indian cusines. A lot of the dishes has already been catching on and are being seen more and more in menus lately. It is tasty as well as cheap to buy and cheap to prepare is believed to be the reason for this trend. It is also expected to see more noodle bars and noodle’s in soups. You will also see more bistros taking rise as well as egg being prepared with more dishes. Lastly you will see more breakfast on menus than ever before. In more restraunts they will serve breakfast throught the day. As of right now to me the future of food rests on the economy and the recession.
