everything i expected to learn in wine class was learned to my expectations exccept for fortified wines, and i believe the class should be six weeks. But I feel much more comfortable with reading labels, and tasting wine. I enjoy red (cabernet sav) that is a full bodied wine and has a aged oak taste. I also enjoy second fermentation in wines for the maloactic buttery flavor it brings out.
