This past year has flew by, cant believe its already been a year. I have to say attending CHIC was a great experience i only hope all this work will only better my carrer in the vast culinary world. If I had to compare somthing to what its like going to CHIC I would have to say its alot like a lollapolooza concert. Its a whole lot of stuff cramed into a little amount time and even though half of it sucks you keep coming back because of the overall experience. Some advice i would give any new student would be you only get what you put into this school so if your shit your food will be shit.
