As this is my second term i figure out one thing you can not miss any days. As for the first term i missed the most important day of the class is reconizing the texture and flavors. How to reconize the tannins and acidity of the wine. Now that i am in my second term and only missed one day i have learned how to reconize the tannins and acidity and even guess some of them, i tried many of good wind but the one mostly sticks out to me is Sancerre, Pascal Jolivet of (07) the low sugar and medium plus acidity and long finish it was the one for me the best i ever tasted white wine.This wine is from France
And the least one i liked is the (03) Chianti Classico Riserva, Marchese Antinori it was the bitterness it had and lots of tannin and medium plus acidity and lond finish left a nasty taste in my mouth.
