I have been on a culinary adventure now for about 7 years.  I have done work in the front, and in the back of the house, and I have noticed a few things that seem to “make or brake” a business.  Unfortantly I have had the pleasure of working from many crooked and horrible resturantuors over the last seven years, everything from small town mafia run restuants, or large scale multi-building resturants, and all have ended up the same…… closed.  The man reason for this is that the owners, were one never there, or two had no idea the general practices of a restuarnt or small business.  On numorus occasions the employees at these operations would be lined up at the bank on payday, only besu
