Pasta (Italian for dough), the making of a true cuisine, flour egg and semolina flour make an out standing express way to gratification of taste and texture. Its complexity has out ran the way Americans think of tradition and history of true italian cuisine. Their is over 350 types of noodles made from scratch, in which the Italian people live for. From linguine, spaghetti, fusilli, gnocchi to lasagna. We can remember from our childhood what mom always made for thous specialnights from mac and cheese to spaghetti and meat balls to her famous lasagna. Pasta is the very foundation of Italy, it made a trade mark on the world of cuisine. The word pasta has been abused and used from the purpose of making money and not making a authentic place for people to enjoy and understand the real meaning of Italy.
