I have never really been a wine person more of a beer person prior to the class. I thought the class was really interesting and totally changed my opinion about wine. I never knew why people smelled the wine because I always just smelled alcohol but I learned how to get past that and can pick out different aromas. I would have to say the wine i liked the most was the Shiraz from Austrailia. My least favorite wine would be the 06 wolf blass gold label Chardonnay from Argentina because I dont like wines that smell like coffee or spice or have if you can taste the spice.
