Over the course of the past three weeks I have been exposed to some very different wines, styles, tastes, textures and many more. Before this course I didn’t know very much about wine, roughly the basics: white goes with salads and fish while reds go with red meats and soups. That was it and because I favored beers more wine wasn’t in my beverage genera. Now after experiencing all these different wines from different areas of the world I have gained knowledge and courage to try the Chiantis and Roses. This class was very informative and I’m walking away with more than a buzz
