i knew enough to get by with cheap wine and what i liked, after taking this class i feel more confident about the origin and type of grape used for the wine. I like a red wine with med to moderate tannin i liked the wines from the new world more however some wines from italy and france were good. I always will be attracted to merlots and cab’s.
