Seaweed can help with arthritis if eaten as well as high blood pressure. It can act as a rejuvenate for your skin and body, and it is also common all over the world in different countries and cities. In the USA we know it as nori the dried seaweed that is used in Japanese cuisines and on or in sushi it is very good and as I said before it is healthy.
