The Soul Of A New Cuisine

A discovery of the foods and flavors of AFRICA

This is a North African favor featuring the spiciness you see throughout the rest of the continent. Harissa is a fiery red past that can be found in virtually every Tunisian Kitchen. It’s the hottest spice mix in the region. It is a more floral bend typical of North African cooking and it is usually served as an accompaniment to couscous of as flavoring for soups and stews. When making Harissa, it is preferable to freshly grind the spices for the strongest flavor.

Olive oil, garlic cloves, ground caraway, chili powder, ground coriander, salt, chopped mint.
